Chicago is one of the first cities where skyscrapers were built (the first were built at the late 19th century).
In this post I will show skyscrapers built in Chicago after the Chicago Tribune competition in 1922.

I really do not know what are you referring to as ‘conscious inspiration’ in these sketches, and i might have misunderstood what you meant, but, you do realize that those buildings have those particular shapes because of nyc urban norms, right?

I think the same as you…. “Conscious Inspiration” is getting inspired in a conscious way.
Here it how it works:
First step: Learning from an Inspiration source
Second Step: Applying your own insight in the project by using the “conscious Inspiration tools”.
Third step: Adding your own invention and your talent and designing an original building.
