Zaha Hadid And the morphology of the “aggressive snake motif”2

In a previous post of mine I presented Zaha Hadid’s repetitive morphological structure I like to call the “Aggressive snake motif”.(a floating  structure characterized by a sloping edge) she duplicate it in her designs from time to time, with minor changes….

MVRDV and the “Pixilated BuildingsTrend”

It all started somewhere at  the 60th when the young Safdie designed the three-dimensional, prefabricated units community and housing complex built as a pavilion for Expo 67 the first significant Pixilated Building ever built….

Safdie did not work in a vacuum….

In the late 60th.architects like Kisho Kurokawa  designed the Nakagin Capsule Tower.
