It turns out that there is nothing new “in my backyard”, architects are inspired by existing buildings (or something similar to inspiration) for decades, here are some examples,

You are already familiar to French architect Emile Aillaud , from my previous post.

In 1978 he prepared a sketch for three towers (a round tower, square tower and triangular tower). The towers were to be built at La Defense near Paris.
But they were never built

Epilogue:
It turns out that the sketches of the three towers, and the gate building, designed by Emil Aillaud, were widely published in the world press of those years.
